How is the needed score worked out?
Needed = (wanted − current × (1 − weight)) ÷ weight. With 82% now, a 30% final and 85% wanted, you need 92%.
Do weights have to add up to 100?
No. The average divides by the total weight, so 20, 50 and 30 work the same as 2, 5 and 3.
